Your opportunity Within Businesses, Brandspace works with direct clients to create influential commercial partnerships across our Westfield destinations. The Direct team drives revenue growth by building sustainable, high-value relationships with clients who invest more, more often. The team operates in a fast-paced, market-facing environment where performance, collaboration and commercial agility are key. The Sales Executive –Direct drives revenue across a defined territory by building strong relationships with direct clients, developing a healthy pipeline and converting opportunities into sustainable commercial partnerships. The role combines proactive business development with disciplined territory management. It ensures clients receive tailored solutions that meet their business objectives while contributing directly to revenue growth and long-term account value. Through resilient execution, commercial judgement and strong client engagement, the Sales Executive strengthens Brandspace’s market presence and supports the delivery of the broader commercial strategy. What will set you apart from the rest? Develop and execute a clear territory strategy that drives revenue growth. Build and convert a healthy sales pipeline across agency and direct clients. Tailor commercial solutions that align with client objectives. Negotiate effectively and close deals with pace and confidence. Use CRM systems and reporting tools to manage forecasting and activity discipline. Plan and prioritise effectively to balance in-market activity with internal responsibilities.
