One of Australia's largest telecommunications company is seeking a skilled Digital Producer to oversee the complete lifecycle of Digital Operations programs within a dynamic Digital Squad environment. Operating within Agile Squads as a subject matter expert in Digital production, the digital producer will contribute to the creation and publication of content through their Content Management Systems.
Key Responsibilities
4. Actively engage in the daily authoring of content updates using Adobe Experience Manager CMS, encompassing template utilisation, component integration, static file management, and precise publishing activities that comply with legal and brand requirements.
5. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, manage deliverables, address defects, and obtain necessary approvals.
6. Ensure all briefs and designs meet legal and brand compliance standards.
7. Oversee the end-to-end production, delivery, and release management processes, working closely with release management and testing teams to support overnight releases across development and production environments.
8. Analyse problems effectively and offer innovative solutions, even in high-pressure situations.
9. Manage the product catalogue feed into the CMS.
To be successful, your CV must highlight much of the following:
10. Hold a degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
11. Possess extensive hands-on experience with CMS platforms, preferably Adobe Experience Manager and Sales Force Commerce Cloud.
12. Strong understanding of W3C and Accessibility standards, including WCAG.
13. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
14. Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams, including UX, designers, developers, testers, and business stakeholders.
15. Familiarity with end-to-end digital releases across development and production environments.
Nice to have:
16. Experience in Telco, IT, or large-scale corporate environments.
17. Knowledge and understanding of digital design and UX principles.
18. Experience working with Jira and Confluence.
19. Familiarity with personalisation and A/B testing methodologies.
