About Us
We are a well-established electrical contracting business delivering large-scale commercial projects across Victoria. We have a strong secured pipeline in the Government sector including multiple projects up to $4M, we are entering a growth phase and seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead site delivery.
The Role
You will take full responsibility for on-site electrical works, leading crews, coordinating with management, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead electricians and apprentices on large commercial sites
Manage daily site operations, scheduling, and productivity
Manage on site variations and project budgets
Coordinate with Project Managers, builders, and other trades
Ensure compliance with WHS, electrical standards, and site requirements
Conduct toolbox talks, site inductions, and quality checks
Assist with material planning and progress reporting
About You
A Grade Electrical Licence (essential)
Proven experience as a Foreman on commercial projects ($2M+ preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
High standard of safety awareness and workmanship
Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
