We seek graduates with demonstrated experience and knowledge in:Health or social sciences policy or practicesStatistical analysis and data scienceTo succeed in our generalist roles, you should have well-developed skills in research design, data analysis, interpretation of statistics, data governance, reporting, and project management. Qualifications or relevant experience in social and health science disciplines such as health economics, health information management, public health, epidemiology, humanities, sociology, psychology, or computer science are also essential.For specialised roles focusing on statistical analysis, data science, or web content design and development, we require expertise in statistical methodology, information architecture, data linkage, machine learning, coding (e.g., SAS, Python, SPSS, STATA), classifications, SNOMED-CT, XML data analytics, or programming. Candidates should be able to manipulate complex datasets and assist in report and publication preparation.Qualifications or experience in statistics, demography, data science, mathematics, actuarial studies, data mining, science journalism, predictive modelling, or GIS mapping are desirable for these roles.How to ApplyPlease submit your application online via the AIHW e-Recruit system.
