Our client is a well-known business that has multiple brands within its portfolio. They are embarking on a significant growth agenda that will see them expand their brand to be positioned to attract a global audience. With an already established brand name in the local market our client will be completely transforming everything - how they go to market, what they go to market with, how they drive customers to the long tail funnel and extract better lifetime value and drive repeat business. This is a 6mth contract so if you are available now and open to a hybrid / fluid style, potentially 4 days a week then this could be for you
**About the role**
Our client is seeking a results-orientated and strategic & commercial senior marketing consultant who has strong understanding of brand management & strategy and has re-positioned a brand to attract new markets. You have a strong commercial mindset and can review existing go to market campaigns across their brand portfolio, identify opportunities to evolve and refine to drive stronger ROI and engagement looking at creative and channels including both more traditional advertising as well as digital. As a key senior leader, you will work closely with leadership team to do a deep dive to review marketing structure and operating model & rhythm and recommend revised structure and model that can be embedded and position the business for success over the next 5 - 10 years.
**Qualifications and Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
- Extensive experience in B2C and B2B to B2C marketing would be ideal
- Proven track record in developing and executing global marketing and e-commerce strategies
- Strong brand management experience
- Strong leadership skills and influencing skills with collaborative style and approach
- In-depth knowledge of all advertising channels, technologies, and analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a global mindset.
- Experience managing budgets and financial analysis.
- Strong understanding of operating models / rhythm to drive high performing team
- Humble in your style, strategic but happy to be operational
- Travel, Luxury goods and or retail / consumer experience a MUST
