The Role: The HR and Workplace Relations Advisor: Provides high-level industrial and employee relations advice and support for statewide Department of Health (DoH) groups. This includes advising workplace relations matters, interpretation of Awards/Agreements and assisting in the case management of ED5 and ED6 matters including documentation and investigation. Will contribute to general HR projects, initiatives and activities including undertake research, assisting with advocacy and preparing detailed reports. You will need High level knowledge and understanding of contemporary human resource management issues, employment legislation and industrial awards/agreements as they apply within the Agency. Demonstrated skills and experience in providing a high-level IR and ER consultancy service in relation to complex issues.
