B&E Services QLD Pty Ltd is a subsidiary under the conglomerate of B&E Groups (BE Foods), which is an Australian food processor and distributor of foods and groceries supplies.
We are now looking for a full-time Production Manager with position details as follows:
Position: Production Manager
Roles and Duties
Developing and implementing food production strategies and policies
Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and labour allocation against daily and weekly volumes
Organize, control and coordinate the food processing in the factory
Monitor and control production costs
Foster collaboration across departments to meet production targets
Overseeing the acquisition, installation, running, and maintenance of the production assets
Constant develop and implement initiatives and practice in improving safety, quality, efficiency, and cost reduction
Prepare and control production records and reports
Ensure compliance with HACCP, WHS, GMP, and company standards
Assess the performance of food processing staff
The Requirements
The Candidate needs to possess:
Qualification: at least bachelor degree in business administration, production or relevant areas.
Hands-on work experience of working as Production Manager within the food supply industry.
The candidate is expected to have excellent communication skills, attention to details in production process, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
