Manage complex lung disease and home oxygen care. Build strong links with patients, carers and health teams. Create smarter pathways that keep people well at home. Shape policy, research and clinical change with real impact. Key duties • Lead expert respiratory advice across hospital and community • Manage home oxygen care from referral to follow up • Support patients and carers with clear lung care advice • Guide teams to reduce hospital visits and stay days • Build links with GPs, NGOs and oxygen providers • Advise on complex cases across acute and home care • Contribute to policy, research and service change • Support sleep and lung test services with patient care About You You are an experienced respiratory nurse ready to lead, influence and make a statewide impact.
