They offer a conscious alternative to everyday essentials, encouraging a more mindful wardrobe.Role Overview UMENCO is seeking a Supply Chain Manager for a sustainable lifestyle brand who offer a conscious alternative to everyday essentials, encouraging a more mindful wardrobe.This role will take ownership of the brands end-to-end supply chain – from global factory relationships and production planning through to logistics and 3PL partnerships, ensuring operational excellence and supporting the brand's continued growth.
The Supply Chain Manager will manage two Coordinators and partner closely with internal stakeholders to drive seamless coordination across suppliers, freight providers and warehouses.Key responsibilities include developing and implementing a global supply chain strategy aligned with the brands sustainability ambitions, overseeing production management and supplier relationships to ensure quality, compliance and on-time delivery and managing the critical path to ensure all stakeholders and accountable for key deadlines.
The successful talent will lead risk management initiatives, including alternative sourcing and maintain ownership of FOB and landed cost management.In addition, the Supply Chain Manager will manage all inbound logistic, freight and 3PL relationships, ensuring cost-effective shipping and resolving stock variances in collaboration with factories and 3PL partners.
The successful talent will drive continuous improvement initiatives across logistics operations and oversee reverse logistics and global stock transfers between 3PL locations.To succeed in this role, the Supply Chain Manager will bring at least four years supply chain, logistics or procurement experience (ideally within apparel), strong knowledge of freight and 3PL management and confidence working with ERP systems.
