This primarily includes: Managing online monitoring program Trade mark and copyright infringement with particular focus on counterfeit Toyota parts and accessories sales; and/or Australian consumer law infringement such as misleading and deceptive conduct. This role is based in Altona North and is on a Permanent basis. How you’ll make an impact Manage Toyota Australia’s online monitoring program. Monitor performance against KPIs in the Brand Protection area, analyse results, and recommend actions to ensure objectives are met. Assist in managing intellectual property law matters, including counterfeit investigations and enforcement actions, to support Aftersales objectives. Support the development and ongoing improvement of brand protection’s evidence room, systems, procedures, and processes that assist with planning, budgeting, and forecasting Provide legal and/or operational assistance across the Aftersales Division, ensuring alignment with brand protection strategies. Liaise with external stakeholders, including legal service providers. Contribute to counterfeit awareness initiatives, including the development of marketing and training materials.
