What You'll Be Doing Provide commercial support across the full contract lifecycle for BGIS data centre projects. Lead contract negotiations with utilities consultants, general contractors, and suppliers. Resolve contract interpretation issues and disputes while balancing business objectives. Drive process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Oversee contract lifecycle management, from initiation through to project completion. Manage contract claims, including variations, time-related claims, and payments. Contribute to cost management, forecasting, and cash flow planning. Travel to BGIS client data centre sites as needed for reviews, audits, and closeouts. What We're Looking For Experience in contracts or commercial roles within complex construction or development environments (Utilities/HV experience preferred ). A degree in Engineering, Law, Quantity Surveying, or Business/Commerce. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships across global teams. A proactive, driven personality with excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and contract management systems.
