About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing top-notch support to our customers. As a Flight Support Agent, you will be responsible for responding to internal and external customer flight enquiries, processing refunds, issuing and reissuing e-tickets, and managing Sabre schedule queues.
* Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner, including date changes, schedule changes, name corrections, refunds, cancellations, and airline credits.
* Process complex flight tickets, including issues, reissues, and refunds.
* Manage Sabre schedule queues and action schedule changes efficiently.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience working in a high-volume call and email environment.
* Advanced knowledge of Sabre, including reservations and ticketing.
* Excellent communication, listening, and time management skills.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet productivity KPIs.
