Asset Management Role
This role supports operations across multiple contracts and sees you excel in a high performing team responsible for asset capture, assessment, updates and management of registers to inform decision-making.
* Lead the collection, documentation, and condition assessment of assets across client sites.
* Analyse complex data sets for accuracy and to inform decisions.
* Identify asset defects and assess corrective actions based on risk and type.
* Support field officers during on-site assessments.
* Prepare and deliver reports within required timeframes and standards.
* Resolve data quality issues and improve processes.
* Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
About This Position
A background in Facilities, Construction, Engineering or Asset Management is necessary.
A Certificate in Asset Management is desirable.
Data analysis and asset condition assessment experience is essential.
Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills are required.
Proficiency in Excel (data analysis) is necessary.
Coding experience (VBA, Python etc.) is desirable.
Familiarity with Asset Management Systems (AMS) or CMMS is beneficial.
A driver's licence and Australian working rights are essential.
