The team behind Voi Voi — one of Perth's most talked-about pizza and pasta spots — is looking for a passionate, people-first Assistant Venue Manager to join our team at Il Falco, our sister venue in Mount Hawthorn. Known for its laid-back charm, focus on the simplicity of next level pizzas, range of antipasti options and thoughtful drinks list – not to mention relaxed atmosphere neighbourhood spirit and dedication to exceptional guest experiences.

What You'll Be Doing:
 * Leading and motivating a close-knit team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
 * Ordering, stocktake, and cost control
 * Overseeing service, staffing, and operational excellence daily
 * Build strong relationships with regulars and the local community
 * Supporting and executing functions and events from enquiry to delivery
 * Driving a positive, professional, and fun team culture through training and development
 * Upholding high standards in food, beverage, service, and compliance
 * Working with our Operations Team on strategy, business performance, and future opportunities
What You'll Bring:
 * Leadership experience in hospitality — 2IC or supervisor level
 * Exceptional candidates with less than 2 years leadership experience may be considered on a case-by-case basis
 * A guest-first mindset and a genuine love for food, wine, and community
 * Confidence with event coordination and service in high-volume periods
 * Calm, hands-on leadership with excellent communication skills
 * Familiarity with platforms like Now Book It, Square, and Deputy (preferred)
 * Exceptional organisational skills and a proactive approach to improvement
 * Australian work rights are essential for this position
Certifications Required:
 * Approved Manager's Card must be held at the time of application
 * First Aid Certificate & Cert IV in Hospitality (preferred)
