What You Bring
Experience in Contact Centres, Customer Service, or Office Administration
Comfortable handling high call volumes and navigating multiple CRM/document management systems
Ability to interpret technical data and communicate it effectively to the relevant audience
Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
Previous experience in government, utilities, or professional services is a plus
