Irrigation Estimator – Local Perth Company
About the Role
We are seeking an Irrigation Estimator to join our team, supporting a range of irrigation projects from consultation through to installation. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates, coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently.

Monday – Friday
Key Responsibilities
* Review and interpret irrigation plans, project documentation, and bills of quantities to prepare accurate cost estimates.
* Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors, including issuing requests for quotes and evaluating submissions.
* Prepare detailed pricing, take-offs, and tender packages for projects.
* Ensure all estimates meet project requirements including budgets, safety, quality, and technical specifications.
* Support the handover of projects to the construction team once tenders are approved.
* Assist in the preparation of project schedules, resource allocation, and construction methodology documentation.
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in irrigation, construction estimating, or related administration roles.
* Strong computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new systems.
* Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
* Exposure to CAD or other technical drawing software is an advantage.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
