 
        
        Receptionist for leading multi franchise professional dealership to operate their busy dealership switchboard. The Receptionist position plays an significant role in the image of the dealership and requires someone with a professional and customer focussed manner.
About the Role 
Reporting to the Company Financial Controller, the role will involve: 
Switchboard operation (main duty) 
Concise message relay to staff 
Clear voice over on Dealership microphone to inform staff of calls 
Data entry and letter folding 
General administration duties 
Opportunity for further duties based on experience
Hours/Days of work 
Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm

Skills and experience 
You will possess the following attributes; 
Previous experience operating a busy switchboard 
Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Word, Excel 
A commitment to quality customer service 
Punctual, polite and professional presentation
Previous dealership experience highly beneficial
