We have a proud 40-year track record operating in a suite of services including disability accommodation and support, mental health, homelessness, community housing, family and domestic violence, child family and community services.**
We are seeking a dedicated Service Coordinator to lead and coordinate the delivery of our Mental Health supports and services that empower individuals and their families.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate the delivery of services to ensure quality, person-centred outcomes aligned with program guidelines and KPIs, including financial and budget targets.
- Monitor and report on program outcomes, maintaining transparent and regular communication with the Service Manager.
- Champion a culture of respect, integrity, and excellence in client service.
- Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and contribute to positive cultural change within the organisation.

Criteria:
- Cert IV in relevant industry qual and/or significant industry experience.
- Current unencumbered Driver’s Licence
- Current NSW Working with Children Check
- NDIS Worker Screening
- Satisfactory Criminal Record Check.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in comprehensive assessment, planning, provision and evaluation of services for clients.
- Demonstrated expertise in the provision of services to people with Complex Support Needs eg, Challenging behaviours (behaviours of concern), High intensity medical needs
- Significant experience working in a community and/or disability setting/service (or similar).
- Knowledge and experience of working within marginalised communities with complex mental health, trauma, crisis and physical needs.
- Understanding of social disadvantage and commitment to the rights of Indigenous and other people living with disability and/or mental illness
