HR Route Driver - Beverage Deliveries (Richlands)
The Role
$40.13/hr + Overtime + Super | Mon-Fri + Occasional Saturday | 5am Starts
Join Toll People as a key member of our dedicated driver team in Richlands. We're on the lookout for skilled and safety-conscious HR drivers to handle multi-drop beverage deliveries across Brisbane. If you're driven, reliable, and take pride in delivering exceptional service, this role is for you.
The Role:
* Monday to Friday (an average of 10-12 hour shifts), with the occasional Saturday
* Early 5:00am starts
* Competitive pay: $40.13 per hour + Overtime + Superannuation
* Work in a team that values precision, safety, and professionalism
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver beverage cartons safely and efficiently across the Brisbane Region
* Build strong relationships with our customers through friendly service
* Ensure consignments are delivered damage-free and on time
* Conduct pre-start safety vehicle checks
* Manual handling of cartons (must be physically fit)
What You'll Need:
* Valid HR Licence (or higher)
* Ability to provide a recent driving history report
* A recent police check is a plus (or we'll organise one)
* Previous multi-drop experience highly regarded
* Strong focus on customer service and safety
* Knowledge of Chain of Responsibility (CoR)
