The Position:
You will work closely with Store Managers and their teams to ensure operational consistency, business growth, and adherence to brand standards.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop strong operational and financial management skills within a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with Store Managers to drive operational excellence and achieve business objectives across multiple sites.
* Manage sales performance, cost control, and profitability.
* Oversee staff rostering to ensure optimal labour efficiency and compliance with wage budgets.
* Lead recruitment and hiring to build high-performing and customer-focused teams.
* Support Store Managers through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
* Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and brand standards.
* Monitor and manage operational adherence to safety, fire safety, and company policies.
* Identify and act on opportunities to improve guest experience and operational efficiency.
* Develop and implement action plans to achieve measurable business improvements.
Your Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Area Manager in QSR, hospitality, or retail environments.
* Proven leadership and people management skills.
* Strong business and financial acumen with understanding of P&L management.
* Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving abilities.
* A hands-on and results-driven management approach.
* A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
