Duties
1. Identify and convert new business opportunities
2. Build and maintain relationships with landlords and investors
3. Conduct rental appraisals and present compelling proposals
4. Negotiate and secure current management agreements
5. Collaborate with the property management team for seamless onboarding
6. Represent the agency at networking events and industry functions
