About the Role
The position of Exchange End User Support Engineer is available within our Managed Services team.
As an experienced Modern Endpoint Management Support engineer, you will bring support experience to the technical delivery of enterprise scale solutions into public, hybrid, and secure cloud environments. You will be responsible for working closely with customers to provide a high touch managed services partnership model and ensure a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Delivering M365 support services using Intune and Microsoft 365 technologies.
* Providing technical expertise across various technologies including Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune & Config Manager) inclusive of Co-Management, Windows Autopilot, Windows 10/11, iOS, Android, macOS Endpoints, Application Packaging & Publishing, Microsoft Defender (Endpoint, Identity & Office 365), Active Directory & Entra ID and Device Group Policy management.
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to innovate in the support of clients and continually improve their environments through evergreen practices and platform evolution.
Requirements
You will need to have experience in delivering M365 support services using Intune and Microsoft 365 technologies. Your skills should also include knowledge of various technologies such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune & Config Manager) inclusive of Co-Management, Windows Autopilot, Windows 10/11, iOS, Android, macOS Endpoints, Application Packaging & Publishing, Microsoft Defender (Endpoint, Identity & Office 365), Active Directory & Entra ID and Device Group Policy management. You will also require strong communication and interpersonal skills to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders and contribute effectively to our Managed Services organisation.
