A Business Support Lead has become available in Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA) team, reporting into the Regional Partnership Manager. **This is a hybrid role** and can be based out of our Melbourne, Newcastle or Brisbane office locationswhen not working from home or 100% remotely.
DVA's purpose is to support the wellbeing of those who serve, or have served, in the defence of our nation and their families. Bupa partner with DVA to assist them in this purpose and extend our existing relationship with the ADF contract and community. The Business Support Lead will action any roster changes and administration for the DVA Operations and be a backfill for the ADF workforce planner.
**How will I help?**
Key accountabilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage the implementation of one centralised workforce planning capabilities
- Rostering changes for planned and unplanned leave
- Payroll preparations and reconciliations
- Investigating and escalating payroll queries as required
- Additional co-ordination and administration of a diverse range of support services

**What do I need?**
- Cert III or Cert IV in Business Administration or equivalent in experience
- Previous work experience in an administration role
- Previous experience in leading and managing others
- Previous experience in rostering and the use of Kronos or payroll systems
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent attention to detail - (this is a must for the position)
- Evidence of excellent time management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of administration requirements in Health Care industry
