We are now recruiting for a Full-Time Assistant Manager to help oversee our Hungry Jack's outlet located at Perth Airport.
What you will need to succeed
* 2 years' experience in a Food & Beverage or Cafe management role
* Passion and customer focus: we expect you to have a genuine passion and interest in food and understand that our customers are number one.
* Leadership: you must have strong leadership skills.
* FSS and RSA Certificate.
Tasks & responsibilities
* Capacity to work in a team environment while leading from the front.
* Represents management when decisions must be made.
* Work with management to assess and improve service.
* Experience in developing and executing operational procedures.
* Comfortable with labour management practices.
* You will be able to work flexible hours depending on business requirements.
* Ability to train and develop staff to ensure a consistently amazing customer experience.
* ARM will need to act as RM if required.
