This is a Property Manager position which allows you to thrive in a supportive and innovative environment and inherit a neat and clean portfolio to foster brilliant working relationships.
Our clients are seeking someone comfortable to run their own ship but enjoys modern systems and procedures while being backed by VA support and great AI tech.
In this role you have the flexibility to work from home. The Director is driven, dedicated doesn't believe in micromanaging their team. Gain your weekends back as there are no open homes held on Saturday's.

The Role
- Liaising with Tenants & Landlords
- Entry & Exits
- Completing all maintenance within a timely manner
- Lease renewals and rent reviews
- Portfolio size approx. 180 all well managed
About you
- Previous real estate experience of 12+ months managing your own portfolio
- Current Certificate of QLD Registration
- Reliable vehicle and driver's license
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and highly organised
