* Be responsible for overseeingthe build from start to finish
* Oversee all sub-contractors &manage the quality of finishes
* Use leadership and organisational skills to hit project targets
* Ensure program measures are being met and client is kept up to date
Your Background
* Experiencewith site managing new build or Refurbishment commercial projects
* Keen eye for detail and ability to manage quality
* Positive attitude with the right temperament
* Ability to communicate effectively &drive program
You will Receive
* Employment witha commercial builder withstrong project pipeline
* $140-170k package, based on years of experience
* Support from office with CA's, PM's and operations manager etc.
