We are seeking an energetic and commercially driven Key Account Manager to join our national sales team. In this pivotal role, you will own the performance and growth of our retail channel partnerships, working closely with key retail accounts to drive sell-through, brand presence, and revenue outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a portfolio of retail channel accounts across your designated territory
* Develop and execute joint business plans with retail partners to achieve sales targets and market share objectives
* Conduct regular store visits, trade presentations, and range reviews to maximise in-store presence and product visibility
* Drive sell-through performance by monitoring stock levels, promotional execution, and POS compliance
* Negotiate trading terms, ranging decisions, and promotional support with retail buyers and category managers
* Collaborate with internal marketing, merchandising, and supply chain teams to deliver seamless channel execution
* Analyse sales data and market insights to identify growth opportunities and proactively address underperformance
* Represent the brand at trade shows, industry events, and partner meetings
* Prepare and present regular performance reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to senior leadership
* Onboard and support new retail partners through structured induction and training programs
Skills & Experience Required
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail channel management, key account management, or field sales
* Demonstrated success in managing and growing retail partnerships and achieving revenue targets
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret sales data and translate insights into action
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
* Confident presenter, comfortable engaging with retail buyers, store managers, and senior stakeholders
* Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work autonomously in a field-based role
* Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite
* Valid Australian driver's licence and willingness to travel within the territory
* Experience in consumer goods, FMCG, technology, or health & wellness categories is highly regarded
