About the Role
* Lead & Inspire a team of 30+ in our dynamic big‑box retail environment
* Drive Performance through P&L management, KPI achievement, and trend forecasting
* Manage Operations including stock management and operational efficiency
* Elevate Standards through exceptional store presentation and visual merchandising
* Focus on Customers by delivering outstanding outdoor retail experiences
* Build Teams through mentoring and developing talent pipelines
What We're Looking For – Store Manager
* Store leadership experience within large‑format retail
* Proven ability to lead teams of 30+ members
* Strong financial acumen with P&L analysis experience
* Exceptional communication and people management skills
* Experience managing high stock volumes
* Passion for outdoors and adventure (highly valued)
* First Aid certification or willingness to complete training
* Full‑time availability including weekends

* Support and lead the team in all aspects of the business
* Lead by example, coaching and developing your team to succeed
