We are seeking a skilled Housekeeper to join our team at Rydges Esplanade Resort Cairns.
About the Role:
As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for servicing and cleaning hotel rooms to the highest standards while providing exceptional service to our guests. You will work closely with the Executive Housekeeper and Housekeeping Supervisors to ensure that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
* Anticipate and attend to guest needs and desires immediately
* Service and clean allocated rooms within the allocated time
* Replenish and control guest supplies
* Report maintenance needing attention to the Supervisor
This role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
