Part time Permanent Team Assistant role in Southbank in one of Australia's largest residential developers

Our client is a large residential developer who create communities by developing land packages and properties for home buyers and investors. The Melbourne office works predominantly on land packages to create innovative, affordable, and sustainable communities. They also have a strong focus on bringing the community together once the project is complete to ensure they are content in their new neighbourhoods.

**Your new role**

Reporting directly to the Project Director and Marketing Manager, you would be the go-to person for the office. Your duties include:

- General administration duties assisting development, finance, marketing, and sales teams
- Diary management, travel arrangement and meeting coordination
- Arranging documentation and managing the filing system
- Greeting and welcoming visitors to the office and answering all calls dealing with all enquiries
- Processing and organisation of all mail
- Contract, invoice, and expense processing
- Event management and coordination as required for projects and team events
- Ensuring office runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis, ordering all supplies, being the point of contact for any issues and maintaining presentation
- Health and safety audits

**What you'll need to succeed**

Previous experience in a similar role will lead you to success as will:

- Excellent written and verbal communication, listening skills and the ability to build rapport and relationships with all customers, stakeholders, and colleagues
- Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of all stakeholders
- Can cope effectively with ambiguity, risk, and uncertainty
- Understanding the important of role, and that every task is critical
- Someone who is confident and has a positive attitude
- A genuine care to deliver high quality work and exceed goals successfully
- High attention to detail, good organisational skills, and can multitask effectively
- Problem solving and ability to think outside the box to find effective solutions
