Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE
Join one of Australia's leading novated leasing providers in a high-conversion, inbound sales environment.
Supported by a proactive marketing team and dedicated administration support, you'll focus on what you do best — selling and closing deals.
This is a fast-paced, phone-based role where you will manage the full customer journey from enquiry through to settlement.
Key responsibilities:
* Respond to and qualify high-quality inbound leads
* Build rapport and guide customers through the novated leasing process
* Educate clients on financial benefits and vehicle options
* Manage opportunities end-to-end through to conversion
* Assist customers with vehicle selection, sourcing and finance
* Submit and manage finance applications through to handover to settlement team

You're a driven sales professional who thrives in a performance environment. You will:
* Have a proven track record in novated sales (B2B or B2C)
* Be confident managing phone-based sales conversations
* Enjoy building rapport and influencing outcomes
* Be target-driven and motivated by uncapped earnings
* Have strong organisational and follow-up discipline
* Work well independently and as part of a team
Highly Regarded:
* Experience in automotive, finance or fleet
