Campbelltown, New South Wales. This full-time role focuses on providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
* Process CCTV download requests, program security access cards, issue keys to Council facilities and parks/reserves, arrange security guard services and produce access reports.
* Troubleshoot issues with security systems and access cards.
Key Skills and Qualifications
Current NSW class 1E, 2B, 2C security licence or ability to obtain within three months of employment is required. Sound knowledge of Security and Access Control systems would be beneficial. The ability to participate in a rotating on-call roster that covers twenty-four hours seven days per week is also required.
