Design & Build have an exciting opportunity with a leading remedial and residential contractor, renowned for their commitment to quality and excellence. As they have expanded their Remedial division, there is an opportunity for a Project Coordinator to assist in the delivery of projects while progressing within the business.
Responsibilities
* Assist in the delivery of cladding, waterproofing, concrete remediation (spalling repair), and structural rectification works from concept to completion.
* Support the Contract Administrator, Site Manager and Project Manager in both office and site environments.
* Procurement and tender activities, including obtaining quotes, conducting tender evaluations, and preparing scopes and contracts.
* Enforce safety protocols, place material orders, coordinate equipment, and oversee authority permits.
* Assist with financials, including reporting and supplier/trade payments.
* Schedule meetings, document minutes and ensure items are tracked and completed.
Key Requirements
* Tertiary qualification in Construction Management (or equivalent).
* Ideally 2-3 years' experience in a similar role across residential construction or remedial insurance building.
* A commitment to quality and strong attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience working with remedial builders, certifiers, and strata managers is highly regarded.
