The Change Manager will be responsible for planning and delivering the end to end change approach for the introduction of a new technology platform. You will work closely with project teams, business areas and user groups to support adoption, reduce disruption and ensure the organisation is prepared for new ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver the change management strategy, plan and supporting activities
* Identify change impacts and work with stakeholders to prepare people, processes and teams
* Lead communication, training, engagement and readiness activities
* Support business areas through transition, go live and early stabilisation
* Manage change risks, issues and dependencies, providing clear reporting to leadership
* Ensure consistent messaging and alignment across project and operational teams
About You
* Strong experience delivering change within technology or digital transformation environments
* Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and diverse user groups
* Able to simplify complex information and bring clarity to evolving requirements
* Strong communication, planning and facilitation skills
* Comfortable working in fast paced projects with shifting priorities
