We are looking for a highly talented Chef De Partie to join our award-winning team and bring your love and expertise of fine food to elevate the dining experience to new heights for the region.
Covering breakfast and dinner services you'll work on a rotating roster of a team of 5 to deliver an a la carte menu for breakfast and dinner, plus a degustation menu for dinner service.

* 2+ years' experience in a similar position
* Strong knowledge of food and cooking procedures
* Love to work as a team and to assist in all operations of the kitchen
