**Role Overview**
We are looking for a friendly, organised, and reliable Administrative Assistant to help keep our office running smoothly. This role supports the whole ArborMeta team with day-to-day tasks, basic admin duties, and general coordination. You don't need to be an expert - just someone who's proactive, detail-oriented, and happy to lend a hand wherever needed.
**Key Responsibilities**
- General Office Administration: Help with filing, data entry, supplies ordering, and maintaining office organisation.
- Team Support: Assist staff with basic admin needs, including preparing documents, booking meetings, and note-taking.
- Calendar & Scheduling: Support with coordinating meetings, appointments, and team events.
- Trip Booking: Assist the team in booking flights and accommodation.
- Document Handling: Print, format, and organise documents for meetings or external use.
- Errands & Logistics: Run small errands as required.
- Tech Support: Use basic office software and help the team with simple tech-related tasks.
- Accounts Admin: Provide light assistance with invoicing, expense tracking, or basic bookkeeping support.
**What We're Looking For**
- Previous experience in an admin or office support role
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office or similar tools.
- Solid excel skills.
- Willingness to learn new systems or technology as needed.
- A friendly, can-do attitude and team-oriented mindset.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
