Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is looking for an energetic and efficient Temporary Recruitment Resourcer to join their team.
This is a fast-paced, high-volume contract role, critical to supporting their manufacturing operations.
You will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and shortlisting high-quality, reliable candidates for essential blue-collar roles.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing Candidates: Proactively searching for candidates using job boards, social media, internal databases, and local networks.
Candidate Screening: Conducting initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and suitability for roles (e.g., assessing relevant experience).
Pipeline Management: Maintaining and updating a talent pipeline for common roles like Production Operators, Maintenance Fitters, Forklift Drivers.
Ad Management: Posting, monitoring, and refreshing job advertisements across various platforms.
Administration: Managing candidate applications, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Compliance: Verifying essential documentation, certifications, and right-to-work checks.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in a high volume recruitment or resourcing role.
Demonstrable experience recruiting for blue-collar, trade, or industrial/manufacturing roles.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of candidates.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruitment databases.
