Business Development Manager - A Key Role in NDIS Sector
The Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in expanding the company's reach within the NDIS sector, fostering client engagement, and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies to increase service uptake, identify new opportunities, and meet client acquisition and revenue targets.
* Conduct market research, pursue leads, and convert them into service agreements.
* Maintain strong relationships with NDIS participants, families, and key stakeholders such as planners and support coordinators.
* Represent the organisation at events, facilitate information sessions, and foster strategic partnerships.
* Develop proposals, presentations, and marketing strategies to promote SIL, SDA, and Community Access services.
* Align all activities with NDIS regulations, stay updated on policy changes, and collaborate with the Quality team to meet Practice Standards.
* Monitor KPIs, report on business development progress, and contribute to strategic planning through market insights.
Requirements:
* Qualifications in Business, Marketing, Disability Services, or a related field.
* 2–3+ years' experience in business development, preferably within the disability or community services sector.
* Proven ability to drive business growth and consistently achieve targets.
* Strong negotiation, networking, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
* Highly organised with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
* Current Driver's Licence and willingness to travel as required.
* Working with children check and Rights to work in Australia.
