Supporting their ongoing success in the industry, a skilled Quality and Compliance Coordinator is now required to join their committed team in Toowoomba, QLD. The Role This full-time, site-based role provides support across two major processing facilities in Toowoomba and Dalby. Reporting to the Group Technical Services Manager, you will be responsible providing hands-on quality assurance, food safety system management, safety system oversight, audit coordination, and preventative maintenance system administration. Key responsibilities include: Conducting internal audits across QMS and WHS systems Managing and verifying quality documentation and supplier records Maintaining digital systems (BSM, SoftExpert, MEX, Rapid Global) Supporting training, CAPA tracking, and lean improvement projects Coordinating customer complaints and responding to QA enquiries Participating in external audits and HACCP team activities Assisting in the development of technical systems and SOPs The Benefits: This is a rare opportunity to step into a role that offers scope across quality, safety, systems and training while being backed by a supportive team culture.
