We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our growing team at LIBRA CARE SERVICES in Mernda, VIC. This full-time role will oversee all human resources functions, workforce planning, and compliance to support the delivery of high-quality aged and disability support services. A key part of the role will include managing staff rostering to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
What you'll be doing
 * Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and terminations
 * Lead workforce planning, including staff rostering and scheduling, to ensure effective service delivery
 * Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, industrial awards, and internal policies
 * Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support organisational growth and positive workplace culture
 * Provide guidance and support to managers on HR and employee relations matters
 * Maintain accurate records for HR and workforce activities
 * Collaborate with the leadership team to identify and address workforce planning needs
What we're looking for
 * Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior HR management role, ideally within aged care or disability support
 * Strong understanding of rostering and workforce planning, with knowledge of award conditions and compliance
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels
 * Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis to support decision-making
 * Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
 * Resilient and adaptable, with strong problem-solving and organisational skills
 * A genuine passion for supporting care staff and contributing to positive client outcomes
