About the Role
This dynamic role involves providing expert support services to ensure seamless operations within the organization. Key responsibilities include:
* Providing administrative assistance to senior management
* Managing requests, concerns, and enquiries from internal and external stakeholders
* Liaising with Real Estates and Property Managers
* Completing compliance and quality assurance tasks to ensure organizational practice is aligned with policy and legislative requirements
* Supporting the recruitment process to ensure timely onboarding of staff
* Fleet car management
* Processing property damage & insurance claims
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills and qualifications:
* A minimum Certificate III in Business Administration or relevant experience in a similar field
* The ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes
* A positive attitude and strong communication skills
* An eye for detail and ability to drive change
* Highly developed information management and analysis skills
