Depending on your interests and experience, your caseload can include early intervention, school-age children, teens, or adults with disabilities and developmental differences.Whether you are fully certified or working towards certification with theBACBand/orABA Australia, we would love to hear from you.What You’ll Be DoingConducting behavioural assessments, including functional behaviour assessments (FBA) and skills-based assessments (experience in PFA/SBT preferred)Developing and overseeing the implementation ofevidence-based, individualised behaviour support plansDelivering direct intervention, parent/caregiver training, and capacity-building supportsSupporting clients and stakeholders through coaching, modelling, and collaborative problem-solvingCollecting, analysing, and interpreting behavioural data to inform decision-making and track progressEnsuring ethical, neurodiversity-affirming, and trauma-informed practice throughout service deliveryContributing to service development, supervision of therapy assistants, and collaborative multidisciplinary workWhat We’re Looking ForCertification as aBehaviour Analyst with BACB and/orABA Australia, OR actively working towards certificationRelevant tertiary qualifications in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related fieldStrong skills in behavioural assessment, data analysis, and intervention designCommitment toevidence-based, ethical practice and a neurodiversity-affirming approachExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, families, and team membersProficiency in electronic record-keeping and willingness to engage in ongoing professional developmentNote:Both experienced clinicians and those nearing completion of their supervision/certification requirements are encouraged to apply.What We OfferCompetitive salary package (aligned with experience and certification level)Generousprofessional development allowanceand access to supervisionFlexible work arrangements to support your work-life balanceRegular team-building activities and a supportive, collaborative team cultureThe opportunity to live and work in thestunning Blue Mountains, surrounded by World Heritage-listed landscapes, while contributing meaningfully to the local communityAbout Bright Eyes Blue MountainsWe are a well-established and respected psychology and behaviour support clinic located in Katoomba.
