**Requirements and Role Description**:
You'll develop the departments understanding of ICT change, and deliver change readiness, implementation and support activities. Undertake benefit identification and tracking, stakeholder mapping and engagement, and be actively supporting staff and seniors to adopt positive change in processes, systems and culture.
There are two position available one looking at change & transformation and the other looking at Relationships & engagements.

**Essential Criteria**:
- Must hold a **minimum** **Negative Vetting 1 (NV1)** security clearance.
- 5 years organisational change management experience, working in a project workplace, preferably systems and software delivery projects, with strong understanding of change management lifecycles and procedures.
- Strong working knowledge of change management activities and techniques including stakeholder identification and analysis, communication planning and development.
- Strong relationship management skills which can be applied to multiple stakeholders across various levels to achieve desired outcomes.
- Experience working with hybrid and dispersed teams, using waterfall and agile methodologies
- Experience in setting and developing behaviour and process change management, including training and communication.
- Exceptional communication and listening skills suitable for the management of and liaison with staff and seniors.
