Community Mental Health Nurse
We are currently recruiting an experienced mental health nurse to join our Early Intervention in Psychosis Service.
1. This is a fixed term contract covering maternity leave, with the possibility of extending or becoming permanent.
2. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to individuals experiencing psychosis.
The ideal candidate will have existing community experience and a passion for working with this client group. They should be able to adapt their approach to establish relationships with clients, balance clinical activity with record keeping, and provide psychoeducation around psychosis.

We actively encourage flexible working and offer many options for staff. This role involves managing your own caseload in line with CPA procedures, assessing needs, and planning, implementing, and evaluating health and social care interventions.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* To use evidence-based and client-centred principles to assess needs and plan interventions
* To create and continually update person-centred care plans
* To assess risk and design personalised risk management plans
* To lead junior staff through supervision and appraisal
* To participate in MDT activities and hold personal responsibility for defined projects
