About the Role
In this role, you are the front‐end file‐handler of family law matters, nurturing a working relationship with the client as you guide them through the A‐Z of their matter.
You will work directly with, and be fully supported by the experienced Family Law Director, Family Lawyers, Practice Manager & Coach, and the wider Family Law Team so you can focus on working with the solicitor to guide your clients through one of life's biggest moments.
Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary contact for clients, helping them navigate family law processes.
* Maintain accurate files and documentation for each matter.
* Coordinate with the solicitor and other team members to ensure timely resolution.
* Support the solicitor by preparing necessary information and documents.
Qualifications
* At least 1 year of experience working in family law.
* Practical knowledge of family law legislation, procedures and best practices.
* Strong client‐experience skills: forming genuine connections with clients over the phone.
* Passion for helping people and guiding them through life's biggest moments.
* Commitment to excellence with strong attention to detail and consistency.
* Sharp problem‐solving skills and a sense of achievement in finding solutions.
* Proactive and self‐motivated, with the ability to work independently.
* Resilience and time‐management skills to thrive under pressure during peak workflows.
