Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the birthing process and provide necessary care for newborn calves.
* Assist with the daily milking process to ensure efficient milk harvesting.
* Maintain a safe and efficient work environment by collaborating with the farm team.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve milk quality and calf health.
