About the Role

As the Warehouse Customer Service Officer, your primary focus will be to make life better for the customer with simple solutions to resolve their problems and needs. Your role will be based between the Trade Counter and Warehouse where you will help trade and retail customers. This position is offered on a permanent, full-time basis with alternate Sunday afternoons required.

Duties

* Provide high level customer service
* Problem solving and resolution of customer challenges and needs
* Respond to internal and external sales enquiries
* Take orders and process payments – P.O.S and Eftpos
* Record keeping of customer orders and interactions
* Pick and pack customer orders
* Management of spare parts inventory and stock lines

Skills & Experience

* Recent success in a plumbing retail or trade sales environment (desirable)
* Strong customer service skills
* Effective communication skills
* High level of professionalism, presentation and manner
* Diligent, driven and positive work attitude
