Engineering Student Program
This is a fantastic opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in a professional engineering setting.
The program will provide students with the chance to work alongside experienced engineers, develop their skills and knowledge, and make a meaningful contribution to a dynamic organization.
We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic students who are currently studying a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil or equivalent.
Successful applicants will be assigned a workplace supervisor and will complete meaningful work during their placement. They will also be part of a networking group which connects them with current/previous graduates.

* A current CV;
* Provide a recent Academic Transcript so we can verify your WAM;
* State why you are applying for this program;
* Describe a situation where you had to manage your time effectively;
* Describe a problem you encountered and how you resolved it;
* Provide two work-related references; and
* Confirm that you are currently enrolled and will be returning to your studies in 2026.
Applicants who are shortlisted for further assessment will be asked to undertake psychometric testing. Course Weighted Average Marks (WAM's), current year of study and psychometric testing results will be assessed as part of the application process.
