Role Focus
The main focus is on providing excellent customer service through activation and assurance of telecommunications and technology products and services.
Details
This is a 24-month fixed-term contract. Responsibilities include:
* Deliver courteous, efficient, and personalized customer service.
* Complete work efficiently, meeting performance targets.
* Support customers with products and services.
* Participate in knowledge sharing and internal meetings.
* Protect customer data and adhere to confidentiality standards.
* Lead programs and initiatives as assigned.
Location
Position based at our Kemps Creek, NSW facility. Residency or willingness to relocate to the area required.
Key Responsibilities
* Commission ICT equipment such as routers, switches, wireless tech, video conferencing, mobile devices (Android and Apple).
* Utilize test equipment and tools effectively.
* Perform recalls and ensure processes maximize revenue.
* Connect or replace customer equipment and return faulty items promptly.
* Accurately record timesheets, job transactions, and site surveys, using correct booking codes.
Qualifications
* Relevant licenses/qualifications as mandated by authorities, plus a valid driver’s license.
* Proven experience and competency in listed skills.
* Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
* Proficiency with test equipment and analyzing voice, data, and network tech results.
