Duties
Provide high level project policy and project support for the delivery of the Respect 360 Program, which is the body of work in response to the independent TFS-SES Culture Review (undertaken by independent consultants, EB&Co). This role will assist in the implementation of the recommendations from the Review by providing support and advice, establishing, and maintaining policy and doctrine, undertaking research analysis, and generating and interpreting relevant information and feedback.

• Experience reviewing and writing government policy.
• Research and analysis qualifications and experience relevant to projects.
• High level knowledge of the operational and service delivery processes of the fire and emergency services environment.
• Experience working within diverse teams involving internal and external resources and stakeholders.
• A current driver's license.
